DCP Debates: Best Rugrats Baby: Tommy Pickles or Chuckie Finster?

Unless you spent the better part of the ’90s living under a rock, you probably watched countless Rugrats marathons on Nickelodeon. There was always a baby you could relate to – whether it was Tommy Pickles who was mature beyond his years, or Chuckie Finster who never seemed to grow out of his “awkward phase”.

Now it’s time for you to decide who the best baby is! It may not seem fair, but “a baby’s gotta do, what a baby’s gotta do!”
