POM Wonderful Presents: The Greatest Movie Ever Sold

Lost in the genius of this film is the education component that companies can use to inform their customers.  Advertising and branding are everywhere.  When you design a shirt or promotional product, are you taking into consideration who will see it?  How many people will see it?  Will it be used more than once?

A promotional shirt that is only worn once is not a shirt, it’s a rag.  You’ll wear it.  Then the shirt will end up at the bottom of a closet or in the trash. That’s a pretty expensive rag – don’t overpay for rags!  Branding, visibility, logo placement and impressions are everything.  Pom Wonderful Presents: The Greatest Movie Ever Sold is a phenomenal educational tool for consumers.  Morgan Spurlock hit a homerun with his documentary Super Size Me and it looks like he hit another one out of Fenway Park! (get it? sorry, we couldn’t resist!)

It does not make sense to recklessly spend money on advertising and promotion – watch and learn!
