One response to “DCP Debates: Pizza Hut or Dominos?

  • Terry Coughlin

Short answer: neither. I grew up in the Utica suburbs, eating the square-cut/round pie “Utica/Syracuse style” pizza (best example: Tony’s Pizza, Washington Mills, NY).

Nothing in Capital District compares, although Mario’s Flying Pizza on State St. in Schenectady is quite good and my local pizza of choice.

But if forced to pick one from your presented options, it would be Pizza Hut pan pizza. Domino’s is just plain vile, even more so with their new and “improved” variant, which is the equivalent of biting into a clove of garlic.
