Vote for Cassius! He could win “cutest puppy”

http://www.myfoxtwincities.com/dpp/news/minnesota/after-westminster,-hickory%E2%80%99s-owner-is-back-home-feb-17-2011Cassius was devastated when he narrowly lost “Best in Show” to “Hickory” the Scottish Deerhound.  Granted he was never in the competition, we can all agree that Cassius is much more adorable than that scraggly pooch that won!

http://www.facebook.com/DCPCassiusAfter his crushing defeat, Cassius went on a mission to redeem himself.  It was only a matter of time before he would receive an opportunity to regain his “icon” status.  That day is TODAY!  Cassius (Clay) Sadler has the unique opportunity to win the Cutest Friday Puppy Competition over at FridayPuppy.com.  He should easily win this competition for a number of reasons, just to name a few:

  • Clearly Cassius is the only contestant that took the competition seriously and submitted a professional photo.
  • Cassius is the only contestant that is smiling! Look at that smile!
  • Cassius took time out of his busy work day to make himself presentable – do you see what he’s responsible for in the background? That’s no joke!  Do you see any of the other contestants earning an honest living?
  • Cassius never leaves a “friend”Visiting the neighbors behind.  Despite the importance of this photo shoot to Cassius , he kept his trusty tennis ball by his side.  You can’t vote for another contestant that abandons his or her principles.  Cassius is as loyal as they come!
  • Low maintenance

He knows when to kick back and relax!

Cassius gives back to the community!  You may have seen him visiting people in downtown Schenectady.  Whether he is supporting a new Chamber member or providing shirts for a charity event, Cassius always puts the needs of others before himself.  He’d give you the shirt off his back…literally!

Cassius wants to win more than anything!  You can help by clicking on either image below, scrolling down, and voting for “Cassius; Schenectady, NY”.  If he wins, we already gave him permission to give away boatloads of free products to celebrate!  So cast your votes and we’ll give you everything we’ve got!  Cassius will thank you later!

Does Cassius look like a Jack Rabbit?

Cassius Jack RabbitWe took this picture the other night.  Clearly he wasn’t too happy about the picture, but a debate soon followed.  Does he look like a jack rabbit or just plain evil? What do you think?

Cassius is Right Back to Normal After Vacation

Cassius

After Vacation

Last weekend we showed you how Cassius spent his vacation in Cambridge, MA.  We expected him to come back rejuvenated and ready to work, but clearly he had other plans.  As you can see, he wasted no time getting back into the routine of his afternoon naps.  Some things will never change!

Play time at Harvard!

Cassius has been on a mini-retreat to his hometown of Cambridge, MA.  Walks through the Harvard University campus are a bit of a change from the Wendy’s parking lot.  Nonetheless, the rest of the day offers little variance from his “work” day at the shop.

Time for a nap

After a 20-minute walk, Cassius was long overdue for a mid-morning nap.  A couple hours later…it was time to find a different sleeping spot.

Don’t be fooled by the appearance of a “lazy day”.  Cassius accomplished more in a 20-minute walk than most men do in a lifetime.  You may have heard the saying, “he thinks his sh*t doesn’t stink.” Well, we can’t vouch for that, but we can attest that it provided enough energy to help light a park in Cambridge.  Cassius’ 20-minute walk helped fuel the Harvard Park Spark Project (see article below).

http://www.facebook.com/dcpcassiusCassius is a model of efficiency.  Despite just 20-minute of active behavior a day, he managed to help light a park so thousands were able to enjoy.  Cassius – on vacation, still changing lives!

Abominable Snow Dog

Cassius goes by several nicknames – Cash, Cash Money, The Polar Piglet, Smassius.  We may have found a new one after realizing the striking resemblance:

The Weather Outside is Frightful

We tried to get Cassius up for a walk outside, but he wanted nothing to do with it.  The weather at our Schenectady and Boston offices is just miserable.  Can’t say we blame him.
